  • Read the instructions carefully before using the infrared cabin.
  • Do not place any objects in or on the infrared cabin, do not cover it from the outside and do not insulate it additionally.
  • People with low pain sensitivity should only use the infrared cabin after consulting a doctor.
  • If pain occurs, whether from the heat or other reasons, it is advised to stop the session immediately.
  • Move carefully before and after the session.
  • Make sure you drink enough fluids before, after and, if necessary, during the sessions.
  • Do not stay in the infrared cabin for more than 45 minutes without interruption.
  • If you experience dizziness during a session, please open the door for a few minutes first to let in fresh air and do not get up until the dizziness subsides.
  • Make absolutely sure that no hair, towel or other objects get near the radiator rods through the openings of the slotted grille of the infrared radiators (risk of burns). In general, no objects should touch the radiating rods or come into its immediate vicinity.
  • Do not sleep in the infrared cabin when it is switched on.
  • Immediately after a session, do not engage in strenuous physical activity. Wait at least 30 minutes to allow your body to cool down.
  • Hyperthermia hazard (overheating): normal body temperature must not rise above 103°F (39°C). Symptoms of excessive hyperthermia include dizziness, listlessness, drowsiness and fainting spells. This may cause you to be unable to properly assess the heat and be unaware of the danger.
  • Taking alcohol, drugs or medication before or during the use of the infrared cabin can cause serious injury or damage. Therefore, it is strictly discouraged!
  • People who suffer from obesity or heart disease, who have high or low blood pressure, who have a circulatory problem, or diabetes should consult their doctor before using an infrared cabin.
  • People taking medication should consult their doctor before using an infrared cabin.
  • If you have any health problems, please consult your doctor before using the infrared cabin.
  • Do not use the infrared cabin if you have burns, open wounds, eye problems, etc.
  • Pregnant women should contact their doctor before use. Excessively high temperatures can harm the foetus in the first months of pregnancy.
  • Children should only use the infrared cabin under adult supervision.
  • Sick and weak persons, as well as persons who cannot tolerate higher temperatures, are advised not to use an infrared cabin.
  • Do not touch hot parts such as the reading lamp. Before changing the reading lamp, make sure that it has cooled down and the power plug has been disconnected from the mains.
  • In general, avoid contact of the infrared radiators and other electronic parts with water.
  • Do not use the infrared cabin during a thunderstorm to avoid the risk of damage.
  • Do not place any flammable materials in the immediate vicinity of the spotlights to avoid fire hazards.
  • No unauthorised additional devices (e.g. nebulisers, fan heaters, etc.) may be used in or in connection with the infrared cabin. The use of such devices voids all guarantee, warranty and liability claims.
